The program is free to all benefits-eligible employees and their spouse/partner. An infertility diagnosis is not required to use this benefit. The experts at Carrot can help with:

Menopause & Midlife
iCapital is committed to offering programs that support you and your family throughout every life stage, including menopause. Our partnership with Carrot provides access to expert treatment and support for the management of menopause symptoms and midlife hormonal health. The program is free to all benefits-eligible employees and their spouse/partner. Participants can receive convenient telehealth services and online education. Your personalized care plan may include:
- Nutritional counseling
- Health coaching
- Guidance on medication and supplement options

Back-Up Care
If you need temporary assistance in caring for a child or dependent adult family member so you can be at work, the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Program offers quality care alternatives at discounted rates. You can access up to 20 days of back-up care per calendar year. Choose center-based childcare or in-home care.
Through Bright Horizons , you also have access to preferred enrollment at select Bright Horizons child care centers nationwide, assistance finding nannies or babysitters, elder care support, discounted tutoring options, online parenting resources, and more.
